This pickle is made using native Gavran Kairi (Mangoes) from Maharashtra and wood-pressed sesame oil, following a family heirloom recipe. Traditional spices like mustard seeds, black pepper, asafoetida, stone-ground turmeric, chili powder, cloves, fenugreek seeds, and pink Himalayan salt are used, with no artificial preservatives or synthetic flavors. The pickle is handmade in small batches using unrefined sesame oil and lacto fermentation techniques in traditional ceramic jars (bharnis). No additives, fillers, or preservatives. Best before 6 months from manufacture.
