Terms & conditions
- The "Birthday Quiz" (the "Contest") is organized by kindlife.in, (the "Organizer”) and is open to all individuals who are above the age of 18 and are not employees or family members of the Organizer.
- By signing up for/ participating in the Contest, the Participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions, as well as the Organizer’s Privacy Policy available at https://kindlife.in/privacy-policy form a legally binding Agreement between the signee/ participant and the Organizer.
- The Contest will begin on 12 December, 2023 and will end on 16 December, 2023 (the "Contest Period").
- To participate in the Contest, participants must complete the tasks given on the Organizer's platform during the Contest Period. Participants must complete the tasks correctly to be eligible to win prizes.
- The points system will be determined by the Organizer and may be changed from time to time during the Contest Period. The points system will be based on the completion of tasks and the accuracy of the answers given.
- The Organizer's decision on the winners of the Contest will be final and binding. The Participant(s) hereby waives all rights to object or question such decision of the Organizer.
- The prize (crediting of reward points - kinders) will be completed latest by 18 December, 2023.
- The Organizer does not collect any participation fees from the Participants for signing up in the Contest.
- The participation in the Contest shall be voluntarily done by the Participants.
- In the event of any queries relating to the Contest, the Participants may reach out to the Organizer at +91-9717275515.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered for any prizes.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches any of these terms and conditions, or who otherwise behaves in a manner that is disruptive or inappropriate.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Contest, or these terms and conditions, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Organizer's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
- Any personal data provided by participants in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and will be handled in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.
- Disclaimer: All rights in the names, images contained in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the Organizer.
- These terms and conditions are governed by laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
- This Contest is not applicable to the residents of the state of Tamil Nadu and or any other state where such contest/offer may be prohibited.
- By participating in the Contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, modify, or offer an alternative prize of equal value at any time if it is not possible to award the advertised prize.
- This competition is open to members of the Indian public aged 18 years and above only. The employees of kindlife.in and employees of participating partners are not eligible to take part in the competition.
