I bought them for brightening and fading dark spots. After using them consistently, I saw only a tiny improvement in brightness and very slow progress on my dark spots.
The textured gauze side is too rough for my skin, so I couldn't use half of the product.
Overall, it's safe but not effective enough to repurchase. Just mediocre for brightening.
