The soothing cleansing balm is an oil-based cleanser that will help remove stubborn makeup, sunscreen, and impurities and deeply cleanses the skin without making it dehydrated. Formulated with 0.1% bisabolol and 1% Avena sativa Oil ( oats oil) that moisturizes and calms inflamed skin.
