It is a mix of Large, Medium and Small walnuts. Large accounts for 30 to 40% and Medium Comprises of 30 to 40 % and 20 to 30% or rest are small one.
2. Taste
Taste are as Expected from walnuts inshell i.e. crunchy, nutty flavour and oil content is also in good proportion when you crush piece of walnut but some nut are looks like little bit old but okay in consumption.
3. Defective/Spoil
i have consumed only 25% of bag till the time i am writing this review i have not come across any rotten/spoiled walnut but did get some walnut where broken shell, might be due to transportation and some shell looks like old.
