This is the first time I picked up an essential oil, since I find lavender soothing. And am loving it. Mix a drop with the Nat Habit hand malai and it smells heavenly. Also use a drop this with my day cream sometimes and with the foot soak. Used a few drops in a diffuser at home too and it gives a lovely calming effect.Definitely worth it
