I have eczema on my fingers and palm, and I have spent endless nights just itching my hands. Trust me, this oil has been at the rescue ever since I got my hands on it. If you have wet eczema, you will need some other cream (I used Cuspate G) to first dry it down, but once dried, this oil is a miracle to heal the skin.
