Bollywood Bingo - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "Bollywood Bingo" Contest (the "Contest") organized by kindlife.in (the "Organizer"). By signing up for or participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the Contest.

Eligibility:

• The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Employees and family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

Participation:

• To participate in the Contest, participants must purchase a bingo card online through the designated platform i.e. www.kindlife.in  (“Website”).
• Each bingo card purchase is valid for a single participant only.

Prizes:

• Prize distribution will be based on the bingo game results and will be announced during at the end of the event.
• All prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to their winnings.

Game Rules:

• The bingo game will be conducted according to the rules explained during the live event.
• Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by the event host.
• The results of the game, including winners, will be final and binding.
• One user can win only one prize. Once a user wins he/she will not be eligible for next prizes.
• All the winners are required to disclose their address and contact information for the delivery of prizes.
• The prizes will be delivered within 30 days of sharing all the details required.
• Only users registered on kindlife before participating are eligible to win any prize
• If a user wins and is not a registered(registration before 10pm of 13 Oct 202) user of kindlife, then the prize will be awarded to next possible winner.

Conduct:

• Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment during the event.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification from the game and potential exclusion from future events.

Broadcasting:

• The event will be broadcast live on Instagram, and participants' usernames or comments may be visible to other viewers.
• By participating, you consent to your Instagram username being used during the live broadcast.

Liability:

• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or problems with the live broadcast.
• Participants join the event at their own risk.

Grand Prize Determination:

• In case of multiple winners tied at the top spot, a lucky draw will determine the Grand Prize winner.
• The Organizer's decision on the winners of the Contest will be final and binding.

Voluntary Participation:

• Participation in the Contest is voluntary.

Queries:

Prize(s):

• The winner shall be given away prizes like Samsung ear buds, Philips speakers and apple watch.

Contest Changes:

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Contest or these Terms due to unforeseen circumstances.

Binding Agreement:

• By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and the Organizer's decisions.

Privacy:

• Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for administering the Contest and handled according to the Organizer's privacy policy.

Disclaimer:

• All rights in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the Organizer.

Jurisdiction:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

Exclusion:

• This Contest is not applicable to residents of Tamil Nadu or any other state where such contests/offers are prohibited.

Confirmation:

• Participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Grand Prize Winner Contact:

• The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by email within two weeks of the competition closing. Failure to respond within 2 days will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Amendments:

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, cancel, modify, or offer an alternative prize of equal value if awarding the advertised prize is not possible.

Travel and Accommodation:

• The Grand Prize winner(s) must arrange and pay for their own travel insurance, Visa Fee & flight tickets.
• Accommodation at Gdas Bali Luxury Wellness Resort is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
• The prize is valid for travel between 16 November 2023 and 14 November 2024, subject to blackout dates and availability.
• Rooms will not be upgraded to the next class, and rooms are non-transferable and non-refundable

Age Requirement:

• Participants must be aged 18 or over and must travel on the same booking.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Organizer. Please review them carefully before participating in the Contest.

You may be accessing our Site from a mobile phone device (through an iOS or Android application, for example) and these Terms of Use govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access.

The site is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information. Your use of the services and features of the Site shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter " Terms of Use ") along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy (together " Policies ") as modified and amended from time to time.

In the event that the person refuses to be bound as the principal to the Terms of Use, you agree to accept liability for any harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site resulting from such access or use of the Site in whatsoever nature

If you know or have reasons to believe that the security of your account has been breached, you should contact us immediately at the 'Contact Information' provided below. If we have found a breach or suspected breach of the security of your account, we may require you to change your password, temporarily or permanently block or suspend your account without any liability to Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd.

Kind champions will not be eligible for other loyalty programs and benefits, unless mentioned otherwise. The commissions of kind champions will not be applicable on orders which are placed from their own accounts, accounts of immediate family, orders from different accounts to same or similar addresses as the kind champions. Commissions will not be applicable on bulk orders, orders from users who repeatedly order the same product/brand. 

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms of Use are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. and Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. best interests to do so. You are solely responsible for all contents that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Site. The information provided to us shall be maintained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. PRODUCT & SERVICES INFORMATION

Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the product on the Site. However, we do not warrant that the product description, colour, information or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product.

We reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted ) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product or services.

5. PRODUCT USE & SERVICES

The products and services available on the Site, and the samples, if any, that Site may provide you, are for your personal and/or professional use only. The products or services, or samples thereof, which you may receive from us, shall not be sold or resold for any/commercial reasons.

In case any products or beauty services purchased / received / availed causes side effects or doesn’t suit you, please note that Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. is in no manner responsible for any manufactural side-effects or service provider and manufacturer or service provider of the product or service shall be solely responsible for such side effects and consumer complaints. You should carefully read the individual terms and conditions in relation to the products and beauty services and consult a specialist before the use of the same.

6. RECOMMENDATION OF THE PRODUCT & SERVICES

Any recommendation made to you in the Site during the course of your use of the Site is purely for informational purposes and for your convenience and does not amount to endorsement of the product or services by Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. or any of its associates in any manner.

7. PRICING INFORMATION

Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur.

Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. Without limiting the generality of Clause 8 (Cancellations, Refunds and Returns) below, if a product / service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/ service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered and the services are availed, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. will have the right to modify the price of the product/ service and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card/ debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at anytime. In the event, Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

9. MODE OF PAYMENT

Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways:

• Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, e-Gift cards, and reward points (kinders).

• Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.

• Cash On Delivery option is not available.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

11. POLLUTION CONTROL COMPLIANCE

We are working towards being compliant with the guidelines laid down by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). 

12. CHAT FUNCTIONALITY

The Chat Functionality has been provided to help you with any and all Site related queries. Any use of this service shall be subject to the following conditions:

• Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. may suspend the chat service at any time without notice.

• Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. or its executives are not responsible for any delay caused in attending to or replying to the queries via chat.

• Communication through chat may be stored by Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. for future reference, and the user of such service will not have the right to access such information at any future date.

• While 'chatting' you may not communicate any objectionable information i.e. unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene information.

• The chat room shall not be used to sell any products, to give suggestions on business opportunity or any other form of solicitation.

If you wish to delete your User Content on our Site or in connection with our mobile applications, please contact us by email at support@kindlife.in and request you to include the following personal information in your deletion request: first name, last name, user name/screen name (if applicable), email address associated with our Site and/or mobile applications, your reason for deleting the posting, and date(s) of posting(s) you wish to delete (if you have it). We may not be able to process your deletion request if you are unable to provide such information to us. Please allow up to 30 business days to process your deletion request.

The "kindlife.in” name and logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks, logos or service marks (hereinafter referred to as "Marks" ) of AlphaCma Pvt. Ltd. All other Marks provided on the Site are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorize anyone to use any Marks in any manner. Marks displayed on this Site, whether registered or unregistered, of Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. or others, are the intellectual property of their respective owners, and Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd. shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any unlawful, unauthorized use of the Marks.

Roadskye Tradecom Pvt.Ltd., its associates, suppliers, and licensors expressly and exclusively reserve all the intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, software and other materials, which appear on this Site, including its looks and feel. Alphacma Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block and prevent your future access the Site.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
