I have been taking this product since the last week of jan and i can definitely see the difference on my skin. The glow is for real and many people started complimenting my skin after i started taking these. I have a moderately fair skin n now i feel like i have glass skin after taking this and also one other himalayan organic product calcium +magnesium+ zinc. I guess its really effective.
p.s- i usually don't write reviews for any product i buy bt this ws really exceptional
