Our ghee is made from the milk of an indigenous cow breed named Gir from Gujarat. Our main purpose is to conserve the native cow breeds of India which are rapidly disappearing due to slaughter and the increase in imported cow breeds. We treat our cows with utmost care and dignity and ensure the calf gets enough milk before we milk the cow. We use the traditional Bllona method to make the ghee and this is the method that gives the most nutritious and healthy ghee. How to use
A2 ghee is to take one or two teaspoons first thing in the morning with hot water. Additionally, you can apply ghee on tawa fresh rotis and parathas to make them more moist and digestible.
