All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. kindlife will only exchange products if they are damaged during transit. Please share videos/photos of the damage with us. If the product is out of stock on kindlife for an exchange, the refund amount will be credited to your account in Kinders.

- Once KYC form is submitted by customer and accepted by kindlife, the orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If the KYC form is not submitted within the specified time, the order will be cancelled by kindlife and customer has to place the order again.
- Customers will get the products between 20-25 working days, from the time the KYC form is accepted. However, customers agree and understand that there could be delays as these are international brands and subject to custom clearance. In case of delays, kindlife will inform the customer.
- We expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of product for a particular purpose.
