What products are eligible for Kind Circle?
All beauty product empties from any brand—skincare, makeup, haircare, bath & body. Plastic, aluminium, and glass containers only. They must be thoroughly washed and completely empty.
Do I really need to wash the empties?
Yes! Thoroughly washed empties are essential for proper recycling. Rinse them out completely and let them dry before packing. Unwashed items can't be accepted.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping is on you. We recommend collecting a bunch of empties and sending them together to make it more cost-effective. Think of it as an investment in the planet (and your kinders balance!).
How long does it take to get my kinders?
Once we receive and verify your empties, kinders are credited within 5-7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when they're added to your account.
Is Kind Circle available across India?
Yes! You can send empties from anywhere in India. We'll share our recycling center address once you register.
How many empties can I send at once?
As many as you like! There's no limit. Just make sure they're packed securely so they arrive safely.
What happens if I accidentally send ineligible items?
No worries—we'll let you know via email. Ineligible items won't earn kinders, but eligible ones in the same shipment will be credited as usual.
Can I track my Kind Circle contributions?
Yes! Once logged in, your account dashboard shows how many empties you've sent and total kinders earned. You're part of a movement—track your impact!
