1. Its in the Air- Diffuse 5-10 drops in burner/ diffuser of your choice. 2. Breath in, Breath out- Add 2-4 drops in a safe inhaler and sniff as needed; or put 1-2 drops on a tissue or cotton ball and inhale directly; or put in the pillow case; or add 1-2 drops in the palm, cup hands over mouth and nose without touching face and inhale. 3.
